AngelYoga is Danielle’s signature Yoga class that she was inspired to create while attending The Danyasa Retreat’s 200 hour Danyasa Inspired Yoga Teacher Training in Playa Dominical, Costa Rica in 2012.

AngelYoga is a 90 minute class offering 60-70 minutes of yoga practice including messages from the Angelic Realm for guidance and support for the theme of the class that day. Danielle shares and teaches about aromatherapy using the doTERRA Essential Oils throughout the class giving an expansive experience. She leads into Shavasana (final corpse pose) offering 20-30 minutes of meditation and gives Reiki to each student, closing the class with any final messages from the Angelic Realm.

AngelYoga is for both the beginner and experienced yoga student who wishes to focus on body alignment in a pose, longer meditation and holistic healing.
